Papers should be submitted through PaperCept online conference management system

 


REGULAR PAPER SUBMISSION: 


Important: The length of the regular paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (in the standard IEEE conference double-column format). Registered and presented regular papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. 

All regular contributions to CoDIT 2025 must be submitted online, in electronic format.

CoDIT 2025 uses PaperCept (formerly PaperPlazaconference management system at:

 https://controls.papercept.net for submission of conference contributions and the peer-review process.

1. Registration for first-time users

To use PaperCept, you need a personal “account” – called PIN.

If you used PaperCept (or PaperPlaza) before, there is no need to register again – please use your existing PIN.

If you do not have a PIN, please use this link to register first (once the new window opens, select the option “Register a new PIN“).

2. Submitting your work

Have a valid PIN and password ready, as well as the document you plan to submit.

To submit your contribution, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://controls.papercept.net.
  2. Scroll down through the list of conferences to find CoDIT 2025 or search for “CoDIT 2025” (type Ctrl+F to activate search and type “CoDIT 2025” as a search string). Click on the link “Submit a Contribution to CoDIT 2025“. The next page is called “Submission Wizard“.
  3. In the Submission Wizard page, submit the paper (contributed paper).
  4. Follow the submission steps.
  5. Upon successful submission of a manuscript, the system automatically sends an acknowledgment to the corresponding author with copies to all the co-authors.

SHORT PAPER (Work-in-Progress / WiP) SUBMISSION


Important: The length of WiP paper is limited to a maximum of 5 pages (in the standard IEEE conference double column format). At most 8 references can be included.

 

WiP papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
